Sino-Inst Online Dust detector is equipped with standard bus RS485 and 4~20mA standard signal simultaneous output, 1 group of relay switch output, optional frequency output 200-1000Hz, Hart protocol signal, 1~5V output, wireless transmission (10-50 kilometers or unlimited distance). Online Dust Detector Working Principle
Our online dust detector uses the principle of laser scattering.
Laser scattering method: measures the degree of scattering of light by particles in the air.
When light passes through air containing particles, the particles scatter the light. The detector calculates the dust concentration by measuring the intensity of the scattered light.
Online Dust Detectors can be placed directly in environments with high dust concentrations to detect dust concentrations in the environment in real time. You can set corresponding high and low alarm values.
